Workspace modes
MSP vs Internal IT — how navigation, clients, and workflows differ.
Allocentra supports two workspace modes. Your mode is set at registration and determines which sidebar items appear and how devices, reports, and playbooks are scoped. See Quick start for signup steps.

MSP workspaces
Built for managed service providers billing multiple end-customers. You create Clients, assign agents and tickets to each client, and can enable the customer portal per contact. Reports and onboarding playbooks usually target one client at a time.
Internal IT workspaces
Built for in-house IT teams managing their own organisation. There is no Clients sidebar — the platform creates a single implicit managed client representing your company. Agents install directly to your fleet; tickets and alerts apply workspace-wide. Onboarding playbooks and QBR reports run against the full fleet without picking a client.
