Reports & QBR
Generate PDF reports on demand or on a schedule, including Quarterly Business Reviews.
Allocentra generates PDF reports for patch compliance, ticketing, device health, and executive QBR summaries. See Workspace modes for how client scoping works in MSP vs Internal IT.
Report types

Generate on demand
- Go to Reports → Generate.
- Pick report type and date range.
- MSP: select client where required. Internal IT: organisation is pre-selected for client-scoped reports.
- Download the PDF when generation completes.

MSP
MSP shortcut
Open a client detail page and click QBR to pre-fill a Quarterly Business Review for that client.
Scheduled reports
- Settings → Reports → Add schedule
- Choose frequency, report type, and client (if required).
- Use Run now to test immediately.
- Completed PDFs appear on the main Reports page.
