Onboarding playbooks
Repeatable automation for new clients, sites, or fleet-wide Internal IT setup.
Onboarding playbooks chain steps — software bundles, patch policies, discovery profiles, thresholds, and checklist tickets — into a single run you can repeat whenever you onboard new endpoints. Learn how modes differ in Workspace modes.
Plan requirement
Available on Growth+ plans and Internal IT workspaces (feature: alert intelligence). Solo workspaces need to upgrade to use playbooks.
Where to find it

Limits & tips
- System templates cannot be deleted.
- Seeded steps use placeholder IDs for bundle/policy/profile — create real resources first, then edit custom playbooks or expect those steps to be skipped.
- The create ticket step in MSP Standard works immediately.
