Alerts & thresholds

Default thresholds

Set workspace-wide alert thresholds in Settings → Thresholds for CPU, memory, and disk utilisation. When a device exceeds a threshold, an alert is created on the Alerts page.

Alert lifecycle

• New alerts appear with severity based on how far the metric exceeded the threshold.
• Acknowledge alerts once you're investigating.
• Resolved alerts clear automatically when metrics return to normal.

Escalation rules

On Growth plan and above, configure escalation rules in Settings to notify additional users or create tickets when critical alerts remain unacknowledged.

Alert storms & intelligence

Growth+ On Growth, Scale, and Internal IT workspaces, Settings → Thresholds includes alert intelligence: storm detection groups repeated alerts, suppression rules reduce noise, and remediation rules can trigger automated responses. See this page alongside your threshold configuration.

Device offline alerts

Agents that stop checking in generate offline alerts automatically (typically within 5–10 minutes of missing heartbeats).
