Understand plans, trials, Paystack billing, and seat limits.
Plans

All prices are in ZAR and billed per technician per month via Paystack.
Free trial
New workspaces get 30 days free. A valid card is required at signup (Paystack tokenisation) but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
Upgrade or change plan
- Settings → Billing → choose a plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual).
- Annual billing = 11 months charged (1 month free).
- Complete checkout in the secure Paystack window — it opens right on the page.
Locked account
If trial expires or payment fails, the workspace enters a locked state. Only billing and auth pages remain accessible until payment is updated.
