Scripts

Store PowerShell and shell scripts and run them on agents remotely.

The script library lets technicians run approved scripts on endpoints without RDP. Scripts are available on Scale and Internal IT workspaces.

Script library

  1. Go to Scripts and create a script (PowerShell on Windows, shell on Linux/macOS).
  2. Save and version scripts in the library for reuse.
  3. Run against one or more agents from the script detail or agent command panel.

Best practices

  • Test scripts on a pilot device before fleet-wide runs.
  • Use non-interactive flags — agents run headless.
  • Review output in the agent command history and audit log.
